The load testing for two sets 55+55tons truss gantry cranes made by NANTE Machinery were ongoing on July 12, 2012. The two cranes function well in every test item and bring a successful close to the task. This load testing include 75% to 120% load capacity testing for lifting, trolley travelling.

    This two gantry cranes was bought by one of Japanese Largest Construction Company, and used in the precast beam field in Sri Lanka. The impeccable performance marks a good start for the follow-up cooperation with clients.

    The most remarkable feature is that, all the truss structure of this main girder is connected by pin instead of connected by welding. This is an innovation by our excellent Technical team and marks a great step forward in promoting NANTE’s oversea market. As a regular rule in international trading of construction machinery, large amount of expenditure is needed for transportation and shipping, due to the giant trestle structure. This is a headache for most buyers around the world.

    In order to reduce shipment cost for NANTE’s clients, we make the girders separable to independent section. In a word, NANTE technical team makes girders assemble and disassemble into small pieces very easily. This innovation also gained clients’ recognition and Appreciation.
